As owner of Maximum Results Twice A Week Workout I have been in the exercise field for over seventeen years. I owned the first Nautilus gym in South America and was a journalist for a fitness column.

Yet exercise was not always my forte. I hold a bachelors in Journalism and am a licensed massage therapist. My career took a turn a couple of years after college when I discovered Nautilus equipment and, when through it, I regained my slim figure.

A couple of years after setting up my gym in South America I heard of an osteoporosis study conducted by Nautilus and managed by Ken Hutchins. From this study Ken developed SuperSlow®. A revolutionary approach to exercise that has proved to be changing the exercise industry.

Three years ago I trained with Ken Hutchins and became a SuperSlow® instructor. I then founded Maximum Results Twice a Week Workout. At our studio we only use this protocol. Such are the results that from training the conventional three times a week I lowered my workouts to twice a week and now I am presently working out once every two weeks and am stronger and leaner than I have ever been.
