This

You will read about Ken Hutchins, the founder and developer
of SuperSlow®. It started through an Osteoporosis four-year
study at the University of Florida financed by Arthur
Jones, developer of Nautilus equipment. Ken Hutchins,
one of the directors of that program, had to develop an
exercise protocol that would be safe and that would cause
these weak subjects to get stronger in the least amount
of time. Thus SuperSlow® was created.
As owner and founder of Maximum Results Twice a Week Workout,
Ken himself certified me. The certification took four
days of oral, written and practical. You may browse his

The whole program at Maximum Results Twice a Week Workout
works as follows:
The first session last 45 minutes. Fifteen
minutes of explanation, history, muscle vs. fat, reviewing
safety precautions and a half hour training on four
pieces of equipment.
The second session and from here henceforth, the sessions
last half an hour. We will review the precautions of
safety, answer any questions and add one more piece
of equipment.
By the third session you will experience a true intense
workout at Maximum Results. Remember in exercise more
is not better, more intense is better. At this session
you will be performing one more piece of equipment and
will savor what intense exercise truly is. Believe us
you will have begun an endeavor into achieving 50% more
