Working one-on-one with a personal trainer It aims at educating the consumer about the true meaning of exercise: That it is demanding, that if done properly it will increase your muscular structures and therefore tone, accelerate metabolism, work the cardiovascular system and change the overall appearance of a person in just one hour a week.

It’s objective is to transform the mentality surrounding this field that “more” is better, and prove the opposite.
